She became a nurse practitioner in 2012, and is Board Certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Centers. Erin joined the practice in 2012.<\/p><br>\n\n<p>Erin was born in the Chicagoland area. She currently resides in the Northern Suburbs with her husband and two daughters.
